DMCA Policy for Lemon Icebox Pie

Lemon Icebox Pie ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Lemon Icebox Pie service if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy describes the information that should be present in a notice of alleged copyright infringement and the steps we will take to remove allegedly infringing material. This policy also describes the information that should be present in a counter-notification if your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Lemon Icebox Pie service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material of the claim and provide them with information on how to file a counter-notification.

  5. **A statement that the information in the notification is accurate:** Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. **Electronic or physical signature:** Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days unless we receive notice from the complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our service.

  • **Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled:** Provide specific information about the material removed or disabled, including its URL link on our website before it was removed.
  • **A statement under penalty of perjury:** Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • **Your name, address, and telephone number:** Provide your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • **A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court:** Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Lemon Icebox Pie may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • **Your physical or electronic signature:** Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).
